We went on our first hike of the season yesterday in the Manzano Mountains. It was about an hour round trip and Cooper did great. Daddy got an extra workout because carrying Coop in the pack is more work now that he is getting so big. There was a pretty good elevation gain! We hope Coop shares our love for the outdoors with us! We are glad to get hiking again. Happy spring!

ReplyDeleteWe've only made it to the crest and the foothills but look forward to exploring other places. It's great that Cooper has parents who will help him develop a love of the outdoors!

ReplyDeleteHow fun! I would be nervous also if Jer was out on a ledge with hanna...I cannot wait for the weather to improve around here so we can go on hikes also! We will have to do some hiking with the little ones when you are back living in Seattle.
